About Me

My name is Isaiah Young. I have been training people for 5 years now. I am a certified personal trainer through ISSA and am a certified strength and conditioning coach through USAW. I have a passion for helping others achieve their goals, especially athletes. I have worked with clients from all walks of life ranging from pro football players to someone getting off of the couch for the first time.

I have competed in football, wrestling and MMA and now I have decided to pursue my love of helping others through personal training.

My Services

I train people in Mill Creek, Bothell, Lynnwood, Edmonds, Everett, Mountlake Terrace, Shoreline, and all the way to Kirkland, both in home and in club.

  • No matter where you are in your fitness journey, I believe personal training should meet you where you are. My goal is to create a customized and periodized plan to keep you on track and help you reach your goals.

  • In groups of up to four people, the training will be not only cheaper per person, but you’ll also have the opportunity to have an accountability partner whether a spouse, or a friend. There will never be a reason to miss a workout.

  • There is nothing more energizing then having a team around to push you. In groups of five or more, whether a large friend group or sports team, I not only want to provide a good workout, but also want to make sure each individual feels accounted for.

  • Whether you have time constraints, you’re struggling with health issues, or just dealing with gym anxiety, I’ll take the workout to you in the comfort of your home. Personal training should always be able too meet you where you are, and that will always be my goal.

  • The fist two thirty minute sessions are on the house. I want each and every person to feel as though they are making the right decision when deciding to work with me.

In the first session, we will take measurements, then go through a movement screening. After that we will sit down and talk about your goals and what you are trying to achieve. Then, formulate a plan for what would be next.

In the second session, I will take you through your first workout, seeing how all of the movement patterns look, and then go from there.
